Moda MD1 for track?

http://www.tirerack.com/upgrade_gara...&autoYear=2007

Why NOT go with these in 18 inchers for track use? Under $1500 for a set.

versus

$3200 for RS-GT's?

I have 19 inch Carrera S wheels with PS2's and I am thrashing my tires as I get better.

At what point MUST you go with $3k plus wheels? I will do probably 6-10 track days a year.

DaveN007,

I think those will work fine with one exception, when you do order them be sure to click the graphic on our home page for the link to Tire Rack, if you come in that way it will carry our affiliate ID with it and apply it to your purchase (unless you close your browser) and the site will get credit for the referral and a small % back for the sale. Tire Rack is a site sponsor but for the site to benefit we need our members to click the banner ads or the graphic on the home page to go to the Tire Rack site and complete the sale.

Thanks in advance!
