Turning on TPC...

I just bought a set of rims through a private sale that came with the tire pressure transmitters; something I don't have on my current wheels. Here's the issue: my onboard computer doesn't show the 'TPC' menu. I haven't mounted the wheels yet, but they're next to the car, so I'm wondering if there's some trick to configuring the car's computer to look for the TPC-enabled wheels. Any thoughts?

your car has to come with the TPMS for it to be able to read the tire pressures

The Youngn is correct. Your car either has it or doesn't. You can run the wheels though with no problems.
