First 0C morning? Our first one was about 8 weeks ago! btw - UPS didn't do that act on you. That was just them holding you down while the Fed's had fun with you!
Thanks for the great photos! I love to see people drive their cars in the winter. I am in Alberta and we will be having many days just like that that I will have to drive in.
My new winter tires will be installed next Tuesday. The dealership ordered Pirelli's for me at $1750.00. I hope they will be good as your tires.
I've had Pirellis on my non-Porsche, 240 Snowsports, and they're quite good in the beginning. But after the hard driving in 2 winters and near the end, they started to shred a bit. I won't buy them again..which is okay because they're no longer available for my DD.

Is anyone's car struggling to start in the cold? I've got a 2006 CS with the Softronic ECU reprogram. I chug quite a bit before getting it going.
Softronic
SOFTRONIC produces DME programming and hardware to suit your companies specifications. Our current software suite is a complex matched set of programs housed in a Flash Manager and Flash Client. This software is matched with two cables, an End User and Master Cable. The SOFTRONIC proprietary flashing solution outperforms all other combinations in speed and accuracy including the factory Porsche equipment.

Thanks for the info.
I had wanted the Michelin's first but they couldn't get them, they only had Pirelli's. Well, hopefully, they won't start shredding on me. I don't drive my car to work everyday so I don't put too many miles on it. Hopefully, that will make a difference.
I also just mounted my winter tires. Can someone verify that I have them on right? I have the Michelin Pilot Alpin PA2. These are the first directional tires I have owned so I just wanted to make sure I had them turning the correct direction. I can't find any information on which why the arrows on the tires should point. I have the arrows pointing towards the front of that car when they are at the top of the tire. This is the only way that made since but I just want to be sure I am not being stupid.
Please see that attached photo
Note the front of the car is to the left in the photo
