19" or 20" BBS LM-R's??

I'm planning on getting bbs lm-rs for my cayman s... anybody have 20's and can talk about the ride and the durability? I live in LA and i really want 20's but i'm afraid that it'll bend easy... 19's seem like a safe bet but 20's are so much nicer...

any thoughts?

btw i'll be using pss9's or kw for the suspension

... just checked with BBS-USA.com web-site - the 20's you're looking at are 5-120 bolt pattern.. Cayman needs 5-130... love the LM-R design though.

Whats the difference between the LM-R and the LM? Or is it just the same wheel?

The LM-R is a totally different wheel from the original LM. As far as strength goes the LMR will quite possibly be one of the strongest and finest wheels you could purchase for your Porsche or any car for that matter.

The LM-R is Die Forged and the spoke goes through a reverse machining process removing excess material from the spoke resulting in a lighter, stronger design.

We have supplied quite a few sets for various customers. If you have any questions please feel free to call me.

$4749.00 complete set.

Please buy the LM-Rs and post pics. They're on my list of wheels to get, so I'd like to see them on a CS to see how they look.

Unhappy

Stupid question but, what kind of tire options do you have with the 20s. I have 19s and pay a fairly large premium over the same tire for the 18s.

I assume that porsche factory center caps will not work on these wheels either. Correct? Both of the BBS LM /LMR 19s are on my short list. Gorgeous wheels.

right, they won't work, but should come with default BBS center caps (carbonfibre center), and SS valve stems (OEM stems won't fit either).
