Schmieden wheel sizing for Cayman

Schmieden rims are nicer than Rays Volks TE37 and lighter (19" at 8.5kg!)

This is a real alternative for me, rather than to bite the bullet and buy the TE37 which looks ... plain. Perhaps not nice. (understatement for me).

I searched and searched, cannot find whether this rims will fit Cayman or not. Any suggestions?

I just installed the 19" Volk TE37's - No one thought they would fit, but they do. Get the fitment for the 997 Turbo, add a 6mm spacer and it is perfect.
19X11 Rears and 19x8.5's in front with 295's and 235's Michelin PS2's N1 rated. I will post some pics later today.

The 19's have a much deeper dish in the rear and have the concave spokes - a very aggressive look.

We have 4, 5, 6, 10 & 15mm spacers to fine tune the placement of those and most all Porsche wheels.

Just a few comments:

1. Schmieden is German for 'forged'. Is Schmieden also the manufacturer or did the term just come up? I can't find anything under google otherwise for a manufacturer.
2. You're probably already aware, but to fit, not only does the offset have to be reasonable but the lug circle has to be Porsche specific - 5X130. If that wheel is on a Bimmer and it's sold as a Bimmer wheel than the circle is not going to work.
3. Very nice wheel btw, but not as nice as Champion RS98's - did I tell you we're having a group buy, by the way?!

yes, I was looking for wheels all over the world and suddenly I saw the RAC monolites group buy. The RS98 was only available in 19s and I want 18s, the group buy made 18s possible. So I'm abandoning this thread.

The Schmieden is a brand, probably Japanese.
