Wheels

Question for everyone.....

I am thinking about getting some wheels for my CS. I have not done a thing to it since I bought it in July. I LOVE the TechArt wheels, but I also want them in white. I found a place in Cali, that would get me 18" Formulas painted white for $3800 for the set. I am just wondering if this place is legit cause everyone told me that I would spend at least $5-6K for painted white TechArts. The place is called Wheel Experts Automotive Group.

Can I get some feedback?

Powdercoating wheels is cheap, but they may be replicas.
