If you are refereeing to the TPMS sensors, then yes you can purchase the OEM sensors (made by Beru) through Tire Rack for ~$400 per set of four.

Tire Rack sometimes restricts the purchase of the sensors through the website so you may need to call them, but it will not be a problem.

Your car must already have the TPMS system installed for the sensors to work (standard on 2007 + cars). I assume the new sensors are for a second set of wheels?

I doubt you will find anyone selling a set, but maybe.

Also, if do a search you will find other threads already discussing the issue.

Cheers,
