Need an online Tire Store, ship to US, bill to outside US

Hello everyone, I'm in a little of a mess here. You see, I need a replacement tire since mine got punctured. However, I could not find it at any local dealers, so I thought I'd order it from the US (I have a mailbox in SpringField NY) however, I need to bill my credit card which is issued from outside the US.

I wanted to order from Tire Rack but it seems they only accept US billing addresses, so can anyone help me with my unusual problem?? (think some of you might know how it feels to have her sitting in the garage and can only go up to 80 km/h (< 60 mph) because of that donut spare

BTW, my tire is Bridgestone Potenza 265/35 ZR 19 (94Y) N0

Add the shipping address as a verified address on your card.

I think it will be hard for you find someone to do this transaction. There is too much fraud and this scenario is just too risky.

Most companies wont even ship to a different address other then the one the card is billed to.

We can do a bank wire transfer.
