Fronts - nothing
Rears - get a pair of 12mm - 14mm spacers and corresponding wheel bolts. Ralph Boothe is a good place to turn for these. You also will probably not want to go any wider than 295's on the rears as the tire will most likely portrude beyond the fender.

On similar note,
and out of pure curiosity,
what is the widest wheel that can be fitted on the fronts (and with what spacer)?

8.5" et45 is a fairly aggressive fit.
