295 width tire fit on 10inch wide rim?

Can anyone confirm 295/25/20 will fit on 20x10 rims? Thinking about going wider in the rear. My rear wheel offset is 45mm. Hopefully that wouldn't rub?

Tks in advance

My offset is 42mm and there is very little space on the inside with my 265/35. I would suggest adding 5mm spacers.
