Pirelli Corsa System

I am about to pull the trigger on some new wheels for my car, it was difficult enough to finalise the offsets. Now my next problem, tires:

My tires of choice given a mix of AX/Track and Street would be Pirelli Zero Corsas as they do not do the PS Cup in a 295 size for the rears. The sizes are:

235/35/19 and 295/30/19

Anyhow I can find the directional fronts (235/35/19) at Tire Rack. However when it comes to the asymmetrical rears (295/30/19 and there is a separate left and right version of the tire) Tire Rack show only two lefts rears in-stock and indeed these are closeout. No right rears at all!!!

Anyone know where I can source either the rears or the complete 4 tire set?

I do not want to debate the choice of tire, just source a supplier.

Well I searched for about 10 minutes at all the big online tire stores, they're all out of stock.

The only one I came upon was this one:

eBay Motors: 1 295 30 19 Pirelli P Zero Corsa Tire *100% Life 7/32nd (item 360052528276 end time Jun-13-08 16:55:12 PDT)

Not really the best alternative but if you must have them...

Also, I don't know if you have a Tires Plus but they have large warehouses with Pirelli tires. But the warehouses are closed today for memorial day... I was there earlier trying to source RE-01rs. Then I gave up and ordered Falken Azenis.

Now you see the problem...

The fronts are easy(ish) to find..... the left rear is almost out of stock and the right rear is non-existent.....aaahhh!!!

I am hoping that Tire Rack Jim will chime in.

I have thought about other tires but the alternatives are either track only or have that annoying lip on the outside edges of the tire.

I encountered the exact same issue shopping for some 18" Corsas. I purchased one of the rear lefts, and found 2 fronts online. But I cannot find a right rear anywhere. I contacted Pirelli direct and did speak to a representative there. He said the Corsas (in the size I needed) are not offered in the US, therefore a shortage of supply. He did mention though the tire I need was offered in Europe and Canada and he was going to check with his peer in Canada to see if they could get me the right rear tire I needed. Haven't heard back since. I would be very cautious if selecting these tires, as availability seems to be a big time problem. I personally love the tire's performance on the track, but next time I will for sure order Pilot Sport Cups instead.

It looks like that I am going to source the Corsa's via Europe I have a contact there. I would have considered the Cup Sport tire, however, they do not produce a 295/30/19 and I do not want the 305.

Try calling Euro-Tire in Fairfield, NJ. They sell a lot of Pirelli tires. 973-575-0080. Ask to speak with Bill Bloomfield.
