Will you have to do anything special to get the rubber to clear the fenders?

No, they clear fine. I have a set of 305's as well (BBS LMR) there are no fitment issues.

Do you mind weighing them before you mount? I heard VE's are heavy and was wondering what size you will run compared to weight.

Toyo Proxes T1R: 245 30 ZR20 and 305 30 20 ZR20
3 piece wheel, stainless steel threaded valve stem

+1, it looks MUCH better now than with the BBS wheels, congrats.
Any possibility of changing the center caps? Think it'd look even better then

Rims look really great,it would be nice to see how 305's sit under the Cayman looking from the full rear.(i.e. like from a car travelling behind you)
Also whats the handling like?
