Carerra S rims take-offs

There's a shop on eBay (WheelDynamics) that is selling replica Carerra S wheels. A set of four costs less tham one OEM wheel! I was thinking of ordering a set (powderocated in black). Anyone ever buy wheels from this shop? Here's a link to one of their ads:

I havn't done business with them but they are nice guys as I've emailed them questions before. They also have\had knock offs of the Carrera Classics and Sport design wheels. I don't think you will have a problem with them. - Suneet

Is there any risk with running these wheels at the track for a DE event? I saw some messages that there may be some concern about the ability to run these replica wheels on the track.

Not all replicas are made the same. It would just depend on the quality of the manufacturer. Check to see if the wheels are either TUV or JWL approved. If they are they would be fine.
