18" Carrera 3 Wheel

Anybody seen a Cayman with the 997 Carrera 3 wheel?
They seem to look the same as the Carrera Classic wheel but are 18". They seem to be 8J front and 10J rear. Do they not fit the Cayman and Cayman S? Thanks

The Carrera 3 is the standard wheel on the base 911's. More and more are turning up for sale as owners upgrade (there are a ton of cheap aftermarket wheels out there, too). Wheels are 8x18 offset 57 and 10x18 offset 58. Tires are same as Cayman 18" wheels (235/40 and 265/40). I really like the simple, clean look and got a set. A spacer on the rear of 7MM minimum is required. I am running a 23MM spacer to bring the wheel out to near the limit. You would want to split the difference (about 15MM) if you are going to take the tire width up to maximum.

Thankx for the reply and photograpgh. I too like the clean, classic 5 spoke look and they show off the red calipers very well.
Cheers

Would be an excellent wheel choice, IMO nicer than the standard Cayman wheels.
