Up for Oulton Park...............

Allan,

I'll be there on the 1st August at Oulton Park, can you recommend a B&B close by? Are you going to be the Social Organiser for the evening before?

Let us know What is What - as it is your part of the world.............

I really want to come, but it is going to be difficult to get time off that day. How much fun will I have (remember I only have about 10 hours of tracktime)? Will there be a few beers the night before? Circuit looks quite fast - is it a good track?

Sorry for all the questions.

Darren.

Well, Oulton is considered amongst drivers as one of, if not THE best in the country. If there is one track to go to in the UK, then this has to be it.
With any track day, it is as fast or as slow as you feel comfortable with. Keep PSM switched on, brain in gear, and testosterone in check and there is no reason why it shouldn't be a fantastic day out with friends and other like-minde soles. You'll love it Darren.

And if Allan and Karel have anything to do with it, there will be one or two (dozen) scoops the night before.

Jack
