They are as good as any, I have used them 2 times before, the advantage with them is that Passengers and Extra Drivers are Free (not the £10/£25 that MSV and Others Charge).
However this is an Open Track Day so you will get a variety of Types (cars and people) on the track, regulation is good, with the Marshalls etc........
Most drivers are respectful, although my last time at Silverstone there were a pair of lunatic Golf Gti drivers and an idiot in an Audi S4 Estate - probably a company car (However he never finished the day having had several 'offs' and a sick sounding engine) driving dangerously............. overtaking in the Braking/Turn in Transition zone, and going straight on and off...........
We had a few BTCC cars - Practicing, good to follow and learn their lines, I was really pleased with myself following one for 7 or 8 laps........... Except that when I looked up the driver Leggate from the name in the back window, (Fiona) and the car specifications, keeping up with a 27 year old girl in a 2 litre car doesn't sound quite so good...
There were also Clio Cup cars and 2 Big US Nascar type V8s.......... The usual M3's and Caterhams as well as astonishingly nippy radicals.
The Full GP Track is a Must to run on........
Just have to practice on Forza Motorsport 2 on my Son's Xbox 360!!!!!
