What did you end up paying? Like to split it down for us?

I presume: 20K/2 year service, brake fluid change, warrenty, aircon "refresh"?

Can't complain really though, the last lot plus quite a few other things were FOC..... its just a shame my mate no longer works in service there.

My insurance company wanted £35 for the day on the load car.. it used to be FOC.

Anyway, after upgrading my PCM telephone module, which for the first time in two years is now usuable, they have broken the bluetooth kit as if you use it to make a call after ending the call the PCM module is confused, no sound and will not switch off without turning the ignition on and off, rather annoying on a trip this week to Calne. (they fitted the BT kit FOC refunded, sorry gave me a goodwill payment for the PCM tel module) so the car is going back next week. This time they are paying the insurance on the loan car.
