Not bad going for 12 days of ownership.

And that looks like a mighty fine road. Where is that then?

Any more feedback that you'd like to share? What have you been getting MPG-wise and anyhting fallen off yet?

On a more specific, are you getting any resonance (sounds like a heat shield to me) at just over 5000 rpm? Or is it just me?

Yes, that was one of many fine roads - in Scotland. It really is a paradise for drivers!


Amazing fuel economy on the motorway home today - just under 30mpg at a steady cruise. Rather less when driven properly...


I think the resonance at between 5000-5500rpm is designed-in by Porsche - that's the same noise Clarkson said he liked (along with the SatNav - which I don't have <img src=images/Smilies/sad.gif border=0 align=middle>) To be honest I'm not a great fan of noisy exhausts, but I guess that's one of the Cayman's "characteristics"...
