Actually I got that from google news which referred to the SUN...
I actually NEVER,EVER read the print version.....However when no one is around I admit to taking a quick peek now and then -- at the sports section of course...

looks like he took the car without permision, and so that could be theft then ?
that means he will get off, and a couple of points.
if he owned the car i reckon about 6 months.
excellent justice system.
