BP ultimate 102

Been visiting Revotechnik website---they are developing software programme to work with this fuel (An octane rating of 102=equivalent to race fuel) Much higher than Shell v-power-99RON

Unfortunately, the fuel is available at petrol station DownSouth only!
I think Shell will fight back! I hope they will---Their products tends to be cheaper than BP!!

I think I'm right in thinking that this stuff costs around £2.50/litre and its a gag by BP to homogulate the fuel for racing.

Probably not! I think the demand is out there esp in the Northwest where there is a high concentration of Imprezas and EVO owners despite the price of these fuel. These group of car enthusiasts are more into tuning and would like to max out every single bhp out of their engine!!

I think the majority of M3, M5, Porsche and Ferrari owners will carry on using normal 95 unleaded despite the handbook clearly recommend 98RON+.

Just wonder whether its worth it without the ecu being tuned to adapt these fuel??
