Help - Cayman S Exhaust

I am due to pick my Cayman S up tomorrow. Had a sneak preview of it last night and could swear that it had a single exit exhaust like that of the 2.7 Cayman. Can this be right???
Comments please!!!

'S' should have twin tips (but it's only a bolt on from a single exit pipe)

Cheers Tess. So maybe they forgot to put the bolt that seperates the pipe??
Is the system the same as the base Cayman?

Don't actually know for fact, but would presume the rear part of the system is the same, also not sure about the manifolds. But the single tip and the twin tips have the same Tequipment upgrade for the Sports tailpipe (which again is a one bolt fitting) So you can draw your own conclusions. But again an S has Twin outlets.

Been in contact with my dealer and Porsche have fitted the wrong exhaust tips!!! They are having the correct ones airfeighted from Germany for delivery tomorrow morning for when I collect my car. Apparently it is a 5 minute job to change them over.

Mmmmm, better make sure it really is an S when you get there. Do you know what else to look for? Red Calipers, body colored front spoiler lip, and don't forget the 3.4ltr engine!!!!!

Jack

That thought has already crossed my mind Jack!
Car definatley has the red calipers, body coloured front lip and six speed box. How do you easily check the engine is a 3.4?

Are the Cayman and Cayman S exhaust systems identical all bar the tips?

The 2006 Cayman S's had silver front lips. The 2007s have them in body color.
