I received my pulley about a week and a half ago but I was one of the early names on the list.

FWIW, I had ordered 3 units (for myself and 2 other CCers) which were delivered yesterday, so they're in the pipeline if yours hasn't arrived yet. Very well machined pieces. Too nice looking to be buried in the engine compartment.

Oddly, the 3 were shipped in separate boxes instead of together which would have saved us shipping costs, but what the heck.

Alright. I am #21 on the list. My last contact from BBI came on 2/6 when they asked me to confirm my credit card for the 4th time, assuring me it would go out the next day. Since BBI is in Huntington Beach, and I am in Las Vegas the shipping should take no more than two days.

No pulley. I am like a crazy man coming home every night looking around my front door and going to my mail box, but no pulley. I have tried contacting Betim twice via email, twice on the phone, and once via PM in the last couple of days to make sure the product got out and wasn't shipped to the wrong address. No response.

Am I the only one going through this?

Brian

I am #5 on the list and still have not received mine either. I have now sent my CC info 3 times, and I recently got another PM to email them to "validate my credit card info".

Hey Everyone still waiting,
I faxed all of my info including security code, ship to, etc. I seems to me that a piece of paper on someone's desk mite help. There can be all kinds of computer issues sometimes. Try the old fashioned way, a fax. It worked for me.
Has anyone found a source for a shorter belt?
Cheers, Pat

I'm #3 on the list. It missed the last DE, but it not hot yet, but will be soon. They must be seeing the all the emails. I bet they're almost wishing this GB was less of a "success".

I called BBI today, and Matt actually picked up the phone. I'm glad I did, as my payment process was on hold due to the fact that their facility moved and they are still not able to take AMEX, which is what I paid with. I changed the order to Visa, and he said my pulley would be shipped today. If you have not received your pulley, and you have not tried calling Matt, I would recommend doing so today.
