I've now done 3 problem free installs and with the correct tools & a bit of mechanical ability it's not difficult, maybe a 4 on a 10 pt scale with 1 being changing a light bulb & 3 an oil change. However, it can seem daunting if you're uncomfortable or unfamiliar with removing trim, opening up junction boxes, cutting bits & pieces, etc.

so..how does one program the key fob once you have it? is there an instructions manual one can see beforehand?
You don't have to do ANY programming to the KeyFob, all of the programming involved is simply through your turn signal stalk to turn on/off features found in the Mods4carsRemoteKEY module, you can just install it out of the box and everything just works. Repeat, no need to program KeyFob.
