IPD Plenum Dyno Day Invitation

Greetings again Cayman Clubbers,

The big IPD Plenum weekend is finally upon us. The "West Coast Dyno Plenum Day" will be held in Fullerton, Orange County. RSS and IPD would like to welcome any and all Cayman Clubbers to witness the performance gains provided by the IPD intake plenum. Plenum tests will be performed on a Cayman S, 997S, 997, 996 and one Supercharged 996. These dyno evaluations will be performed in public for all to witness first hand, not held behind closed doors in secrecy. We were planning on posting all the dyno results up but dyno charts don't seem to be in very high demand these days on CC. We'll wait to see if we get enough requests.

We welcome any all and all CC members to come by and be part of the festivities. Free lunch will be provided to all attendees. Please call or e-mail for location specifics. This will help us determine how much food and drink to supply.

Phone: 714-545-1046 or sales@roadsportsupply.com

Looking forward to meeting all you 6 Speed So Cal members this Saturday (May 31st).

Hello Greg,

In spite of the risk of being titled a "fanboy" I just wanted to thank you in advance for making what I'm sure is a big investment in time and money to conduct the upcoming "West Coast Dyno Plenum Day".

As a more than satisfied customer of Road Sport Supply (Cargraphic headers w/cat, IPD plenum and soon your two-piece lightweight rotors) it comes as no surprise to me that you are willing to publicly demonstrate your IPD products and validate their effectiveness on an independent dyno.

I will be sure to remain a loyal customer of any vendor that can deliver cutting edge products, validate their effectiveness and stand behind their products 100%!

Sincerely,
Joe DeSimone

Greg: I agree with Joe. As an interested bystander with a completely stock CS on the other side of the country, I nonetheless appreciate your open invitation to what I think will be a very worthwhile event. Thanks.

Jim

You are are right a very worthwhlie event. Dynos for every one to see, HP gains for eveyone to see,Torque gains for everyone to see and new very happy RSS/IPD plenum owners for eveyone to see.

The RSS/IPD plenum is the real deal with real dynos and real peformance.

I got the chance to speak Greg at RSS today and it looks like he will be posting today's dyno results soon so I will not mention the outstanding performance gains that were recorded as this should be an RSS anouncement.

The gains and losses were covered in another topic thread by the owner of the car that was tested and he also said that dyno charts were forthcoming.

I see Gmorat post in the dyno chart section and he seems to be one of thoses new very happy RSS/IPD plenum owners that installed, tested and purchased the RSS/IPD plenum at the RSS Dyno Day event.

The RSS event was well planned and RSS guys along with the GT PRO crew
(independent dyno crew) gave everyone there the oportunity to see all the installations and dyno results as they were performed.

Thanks to all the guys at RSS for going the extra mile and presenting proof of the performance of the RSS/IPD plenum and setting up a great event.

Yes he seems pleased and let's also hope now that IPD/RSS post his results on their websites next to the item for sale as opposed to the earlier more questionable results, one would hope that if everyone is now going to hang their hat on the results that gmorat got, then those results should be the ones used in advertising the product for consistency sake and to help prevent confusion, which is why I thought this whole thing was done in the first place.
