Well, the past few weeks I've been doing lots of traveling around FL to get my fill of the Cayman in for the next 7 weeks because this Thursday, I'm leaving to go study abroad in Seville, Spain until early- July.

I've done a lot of traveling throughout Europe, but this will be the first time that I will be staying in one place for several weeks. The purpose of this trip for me is to finally grasp the Spanish language conversationally, after studying Spanish linguistics for 6 years.

I was hoping some of you guys that have spent some time in Seville can give me some tips for good restaurants, clubs, bars, etc. I do hear that the city has the most bars per capita than any other city in Spain and amazing tapas, so I'm pretty excited. I also plan on doing a lot of traveling to the surrounding areas while I'm there, so if you have any tips for excursions, that would be great. I know so far that I will be spending a full week in Madrid and weekends in Granada, El Escorial, and some other small towns in southern Spain.

Any tips or other pieces of advice are welcome I will miss my Cayman and participating on this board a lot; as my internet time there will be pretty limited but I will probably check in once a week or so.

The Prado in Madrid and the Alhambra and Generalife gardens in Grenada are "musts" if you haven't been there already. Seville is a beautiful city, you should have a wonderful experience. I don't know how much moving about you'll be doing, but the ferry across the Med to Morocco (or Gibraltar if you wish) is worth the time and effort.

Have a great time out there. You will love it, Spain is a beautiful country!

Be very careful.......They have the most beautiful woman in the world, in the very place you are going. In actual fact the whole area between Seville and Cordoba................lucky man
