Does anyone have any experience with an Acura TL-S? I'm about to go pick one up tomorrow for my wife as the family sedan. Its an 07 with a few miles, but it has just about every option you could want. I'm curious if anyone has experience with them good or bad ... Thanks in advance.

I have driven my friends TL-Type S, it's quick but you have to launch it properly; if you just get on the gas it just burns out for a while.
As a touring/road trip car, the TL is perfect; the over drive gears get you great gas mileage and its very reliable. I had an old body style TL-Type S and put over 70k miles in under 3 years and the car was beyond comfortabe, good Honda build quality, great navigation and audio system. The only drawbacks are getting into fast corners, the car seems to plow into them because its front wheel drive and seems front heavy; and that's where I prefer the all wheel drive RL. But, really that shouldn't matter for what you will be using it for...
I had an 05 TL (there was no S type in 05) and the car was nothing short of wonderful. The Acura navigation is top of the line, a must have. Honda reliability, good build quality, nicely designed interior.
Plenty of power on tap for a FWD car. Only draw back is the torque steer. It has a tendency of getting a bit difficult to keep straight when punching it.
I say good purchase.
Had a 04 TL6-speed manual (no "s" in '04)when it first came out- the new design bought it in 03. Came with terrible EL42 bridgestone tires- do not take it with el42's. It was a good car for cruising went nyc to florida 4 times, comfortable good stereo, did have torq steer and sorta "skipped" on the highway when hitting bumps. drove more heavier then a Honda accord. developed rattles. some people with the auto trannys complained of vibration. Overall I liked the car- I still like the style a lot and see many around. good family sportyish car.
