Angry No fun...

Hi All,

I'm a frequent visitor to this site. Very useful and informative and interesting.

I took a delivery of my new 2008 CS last Wedneday after waiting five long months but, it just keeps sitting at a parking space right now. I got injured in my right knee about a month ago and have just gotten out of a plaster cast recently. I'm in no condition to drive. I think everybody here can imagine my frustration...

Speedy recovery for you

Perhaps you can use this time to read the manual

LIbro II,
I am presuming you injured your left knee, and that you have the manual transmission. So using the clutch is out of the question. Take this time to read your manual and learn as much about your car as you can. You can still sit in it, right? Adjust the stereo, learn how to toggle the lower left stalk, and what it does. Plenty of things to learn. Of course nothing beats actual experience of driving. Good luck. I heard this about how to handle recovery. "Slow and steady wins the race."

I hope you have a speedy recovery. If the car is going to sit for an extended length of time while your knee heals get a battery maintainer. You don't want to recover and then find that the battery is dead. Lots of drama if that happens. Good luck!
