I hope not.

Family and friends will be impacted. May be too late to save The General. Perfect storm is hurting many of us!

Interesting theory that has close ties to a realistic scenario. Leaving Chevy and Cadillac alive makes sense. Killing/selling the rest of the portfolio makes some sense (kill Pontiac/Buick/Olds and sell Hummer/Saab/GM). GM hasn't been living in the real world for years and has been stacking their chips on the truck/SUV side for too long. Anybody interested in buying Corvette!?

Did you ever see Who Killed the Electric Car? EV1 cars crushed beyond all recognition. I think GM should have pursued this technology more vigorously. Hummers were released, after the EV1 was killed. Hmm. Bad idea, it seems to me.
