That is a hoax. You can find the interview with the original makers of the "original" video and idea on YouTube coming forward and discussing why they did it (marketing they say). They also show exactly how they did it.

With all the rumors about cancer and brain tumors, I cannot imagine a GOOD reason to make something like this for marketing purposes.
