Cayman is #8.

No argument with #1. I think #1 copied the Cayman design.

I totally agree with # 1!

The new Alfa is a work of art. Think the polar opposite of a Nissan GTR.

Odd list, but I'm glad we're on it.

My personal post war list:

1. 1976 Ferrari 308GTB (perfect mix/balance/juxtaposition of mechanical and organic lines, bar none)

2. 1975 Lamborghini P400

3. 1965 Corvette convertible

4. 1957 Jaguar XKSS

5. 1955 Mercedes Gullwing

honorable mention: 1986-1990 Corvette convertibles

best looking Porsches ever: 195x speedsters, Cayman

The Soltice coupe is cool but Pontiac will find a way to %#@& it up like they have done everything else.

No way the Cayman is below the Audis or the Benz. I put it at # 2 under the one who copied it.

+1 as well on both points- The Nissan looks like @ss- especially that stupid steering wheel/interior-(IMHO).

IMHO the Benz shouldn't be on the list. Seriously, I chuckle inside whenever I see one. perhaps it is a great car to drive, but just think it is ugly.

Uh...

I don't see how they copied the Cayman at all, especially seeing as how the Alfa is a front engine rear transaxle car. *cough* Italian Corvette *cough* Yeah the flanks look a little similar, but the overall design is definitely not Cayman or Porsche like. (Rear deck is too short, snout is too long, it resembles a traditional roadster in layout, or, well, a Corvette)

Not sure how the Pontiac Solstice got 5th. But great to see the Cayman on the list.

I'm going to have to go ahead and disagree with #5 & #7.
