We have a new sponsor this month!

The Racer's Group! - http://www.theracersgroup.com

TRG (The Racer's Group) was founded in 1994 in Monterey, Ca. by Kevin and Debra Buckler and has quickly grown into one of the most successful, multi-faceted motor sports businesses and professional racing teams in the world.

The organization is best known for its championship winning professional racing programs, but is actually divided into 3 specialties:

A manufacturer and distributor of a variety of racing-related parts
A multi-tier "arrive and drive" program for its racing clients
The professional race teams
TRG has a long history of success and achievement that is almost unmatched in the professional sportscar racing world. From humble roots as a Porsche Club Racing business to being adept at successfully managing teams of unprecedented competitive scope, TRG has now placed itself firmly at the forefront of motorsports.

TRG's goal is to provide top-quality parts and service for all of its racing clients, as well as to provide a winning platform for its drivers partners, and sponsors. The talented and dedicated group of TRG employees work towards this goal every day in a continuous pursuit of excellence and retaining the #1 position within the field.

K-Man'S Korner - 17 Days and Counting!
Wow it seems like only yesterday I was starting the planning for Croctoberfest 2008 and now we are only 17 days away! I cannot believe how large this even has grown and I have no idea how I can top it next year, but right now I'm not worried about that. I'm worried that the weather cooperates, everything goes off without a hitch (never true I know!) and that our members all have a great time (I'm sure they will give everything planned!)

It's never too early to start thinking about Croctoberfest 2009 though, I welcome your suggestions!

A couple of upcoming items related to the website:

1) I want to do another WebEx user session where I get feedback from members on how to improve the site. Look for a call for this on the website sometime after Croctoberfest. Prior sessions have been well received.

2) Expansion into more models - We are currently waiting on some financial and technical issues to be sorted out but if all goes well I hope to see us expand to more Porsche models in the near future, stay tuned!

3) Members Only Insider Area of the site that will provide new functionality and expanded capabilities.

Well I'd love to type more, but I'm trying to get the Halloween decorations up before we have to leave town!
