Does anyone know of a link or a resource for Porsche paint colors over the years? Thanks, Bill

Try RennTech.org

You will probably have to register, but it's a great site for anything Porsche.

Thank you for your insight Atlas_Croc! That site should be a great starting point for my research. I will see if there’s any rhyme to Porsche’s reasoning when it comes to the various color choices they offer each model year. Basically, here’s what I'm thinking: do any of their prior color choices resurface as time passes. This should be an interesting project. Then again, doing this could prove pointless.

Also check out paintscratch.com and then find the year and model... pretty nice. Also check out the "Porsche 911 Redbook" you can grab them off of Amazon for not much. Everything you ever wanted to know including color code.
