Do a search on "smoke".
The stock air-oil separator allows oil to be ingested under certain high G scenarios. This causes a giant puff of oil smoke. Exclusively a track issue as a practical matter.
I see this test as admission that there is an issue.
They obviously have the capability to program in any track and duplicate the conditions which lead to ingestion today, so they clearly know that there is a problem.
The good news seems to be that there is an after-market fix for those who are concerned.
