I doubt will be as good as this forum, but whats the best forum for the Cayenne?
I do not know about a forum but, I can tell you we have an 08 and I think the built quality of the cayenne is better than that of the other models Porsche makes. Needless to say my wife and I are very happy with the car as I am sure you would be!

I don't know if there is a dedicated Cayenne forum like CC, but I think there is a fair amount of activity on the Cayenne forums at Rennlist.com.

I haven't found a dedicated forum either. I did a little reading on 6speedonline.com prior to buying one for my wife. She just loves it and as far as a kid carrier goes, it's pretty nice.

agreed! +1 on the 'kid carrier' as well. We tested out quite a few SUVs an this one by far blew the other ones out of the water and as far as a Porsche is concearned it is a steal!!

Should I start a site for the Cayenne? What about the Panamera?

I own a Cayenne and signed up with the Cayenne Club at Cayenne Club tonight. There is very little activity on the forum, but I am the 45th member. I hope I receive a free T-Shirt or something.
