I just received something in the mail yesterday that I got around to opening today. It is another marketing item for the new 911, man Porsche must really want me to buy a 911. It says the new 911, Badge welds to car, car welds t odriver, driver welds to road. Its connection to the road is surpassed only by one thing. Its connection to you.

It includes a very heavy weight piece of metal with a mini-badge on it, my name and a Badge No. A Very nice piece, must be expensive! I'll get a pic and post it... anyone else get this?

Yes I recieved that too, along with the hardback book on the new 911's. This "private" invitation isn't so "private" when you enter it into that 4uncompromised website, you get to view some of the background info on the Panamera and as time goes on, you will be able to read more about it. I soon found out that all you needed was a Porsche log-in name ect. to view all of this. Yes this means joe-shmoe down the street can view it too, as long as he has the internet, and an e-mail account.

Man I got excited too when I found out that I was giong to see some private information .

As a side note, over the past year, I've recieved a lot of Porsche mail... stuff And my only question is... how can they afford it! I mean that hardback book on the 911, must cost $30 to produce, along with the DVD that comes with it. And we get it for free! Well... maybe we pay for it when we buy a Porsche/ the future Christophorus magazines and mailings are in the price of the car.

I love it when I get Porsche mail, it's always so fresh looking and you can tell that a lot of thought went into the design and presentation of each item

That badge looks very nice, all I got was a hard cover book/brochure with a DVD on the new 911.

They sent me a connect the dots picture of a Trabant - it was the 'S' version though. Had to provide my own pencil.

My wife and I were just joking that it seems like lately we get a really nice marketing mailer from PCNA once a week!

They certainly don't cut corners in marketing.
