Is it just me, or does it seem that Cayman sales seem to be doing fairly well considering all the economic issues the US is going through at the moment? If I read correctly, out of the 779 "Boxster series" (why can't they say 987?) sales, 550 of them were Caymans....or 70%. 911 sales down 10%.

Now I'm sure Boxster sales will go up a bit come spring/summer time.....but a 70% to 30% split between the two STILL says a lot of people wanted a mid-engine coupe vs. a drop top and have no trouble paying more for it......whatever the amount is with current discounts, etc., but I'm sure they're not selling Caymans for Boxster prices. Actually I think there are pretty good discounts for both.

Looks like the Cayman is stealing a little thunder from both the Boxster & 911 at the moment.
