Over 300+ cars. Over 4000 aftermarket parts. Real-time telemetric feedback. Force-feedback so you can actually feel oversteer and understeer as they act out on screen. AI that learns as it goes on a race by race basis. Unprecedented modifications with the ability to swap engines, drivetrains, suspensions etc. Unreal graphics and sound.
OK call me a big kid or geek but this is going to be an auto-nuts dream come May for 360 owners!!!
SW you can't judge a book by its cover... you have to play it and see how the gameplay is.
that said... aren't you guys a little old for video games?
The original Forza was better than GT imho when it came to gameplay and physics. Forza 2 is supposed to be even better/more realistic, so I have no worries that this game will be awesome.
I have both systems, but I prefer the PS3 better. I have most of the racing games for both, which is one of the reasons I buy VGS to begin with. The PS3 has better gameplay and the graphics are better than the 360. It isn't by a large margin, maybe 10%, but that is likely to change as developers learn to better utilize the architecture.
There is no questioning that the Xbox30 online service/integration are fantastic. I use it to play Mp3s shared from one of my Macs and it works great. It really gives that integration component that has been missing. In fact, it is the primary reason why I haven't purchased an Apple TV.
Of course, I'm a bit jaded because I loathe M$ and the Xbox's are the only M$ products that I will allow in my house.

I have to respectfully disagree with you here.
There is NOTHING on the PS3 at the moment that comes close to Gears of War. In terms of graphics (not even close) or gameplay. That is undoubtedly the greatest game yet designed on any console, and I think this was the sentiment of the industry worldwide last year, hence every single award it garnered.
I am not saying that there won't be just as good software on the PS3, just not yet. I am getting a PS3 for Motorstorm and Resistance. Those are 2 great games. The graphics on Motorstorm on HD are pretty awesome...still not GoW though.
And wait until you see Forza 2...as a car nut yourself you will want a 360!
