Just another fine feature of Forza 2 Motorsports on Xbox 360, yes they heat up and cool down over time glowing and fading respectively, a cool effect.

cool effect! i bet the pictures will look much better in motion!

How can you get photos off the xbox onto the PC? I have a lot of PGR3 photos i took that id like to turn into wallpapers!

Forza2 does it for you automatically by transferring pics from the game to the Forza2 website and you download them from there to your PC, otherwise you have to get some software to scan your Xbox's hd and see if it can make sense of whatever format the images are in and transfer them across a network to your PC.

If you have a fast computer I highly recommend the game GTR2. You will need to get a wheel and pedals as well but it has very realistic dynamics and is a blast. I think having played the game actually gave me a big advantage in my first DE. In order to be successful in the game you have to use appropriate braking, shifting, and accelerating techniques. You also can practice hitting the apex.
