So, what's the story behind the conspicuously absent Porsches in GT5? Anyone know?

It would be fun to drive a correctly modeled / simulated Cayman S around some of those tracks... OTOH, that GT-R sticks to the road pretty well....

Anyone know if it's available in thick rim with deviated stitching....?

Really? I've been playing it for three weeks now... GT5 Prologue. I've been waiting 18 months since getting the PS3 for it...

You can get it through the Sony Store on the PS3 or buy the BluRay disc and get some pretty cool HD videos of the production of the game and others featuring an unedited in-car video of GT-R prototype being raced around the Nürburgring...

But no Porsches in the game...

I know, I bought Gran Turismo 5 Prologue the day it came out. Prologue is just that...a prologue. It's not THE GT5 that's scheduled to come out next year.

What comes out in the full version is going to be vastly different as well as vastly larger than what we got in GT5p. Estimates are that GT5p is only about 15-20% of what GT5 is slated to be in terms of driveable cars and tracks.
