Yep Safari doesn't support Javascript, not sure if you can add it to Safari or not, IE, Opera, Netscape, FireFox, all the other major ones do...

That's not right... of course Safari supports Javascript, but certain tags are not interpreted the same with Safari (such as the document.all tag)... there are lots of countdown timers that will work with Safari and lots that wont.
I really enjoy using Safari much more than Firefox or IE (you can run up to 6.0 on Intel Mac using X11); it's clean and fast.

If you can find me one that works for safari that I can easily swap for the current one, I have no problem doing so. The one I am using is supposed to be very lightweight in terms of resources, etc. and as I said works fine in just about everything but Safari.

Actually Ken, no need to replace your script to make it Safari compatible...it already is, but you have to change the time parameter because it's formatted incorrectly.
Change

Even on Firefox and IE that UTC tag is being ignored as it is...
