What happens to this site when we take delivery?

Great site! Certainly the best I've used for these purposes. Great that people from around the world are sharing the same passion. But what happens when we all take delivery? Let's hope that we make an effort to keep the site alive. Some club meets would help...in our new Caymans!

I think the site will go nuts with picture postings, reviews, and pictures of people with stupid looking grins from ear to ear. This willjust be the beginning.......soon we will have a lot more members, questions, mods, care taking tips, maitenance issues and tips, and on. Looking forward to it all.

While I assume some people will be out driving their cars, I can't help but hope that Atlas Croc is correct, there will be additional information sharing going on here, picture uploads, etc. There is already a separate thread about having Cayman Club meets in different parts of the world, it's just a little soon to be planning any specifics yet I think, at least here in the U.S., UK is getting cars sooner so you will likely see a meet up there sooner.

I am really looking forward to those reports from people who get to take delivery soon. We should hear from our fellow 'beta testers' about all the questions we have been asking. Is there any cockpit heat, is the shifter o.k. as is, is handling and power all that the PR types have insisted that it is, are there any bugs we have not anticipated, how does it compare to the Boxster/911 and so on. It should be fun.
