Think I fixed a form problem

Some people stated that they could not see the form to enter their car into the Register, likewise the same for the Classifieds. (both use a similar form based on a common subset). It turns out the problem is Norton, Norton blocks those forms based on what it sees in the filename. So, I've changed the filename on the submission form for both the Classifieds and the Register and as far as I can tell both are working. If anyone still can't see either form, please let me know!

This issue was probably also responsible for very slow load times as Norton inspected all of the files used in the editor that you load every time you go into a thread. Load times seem to have improved since you made the change.

Actually load times should have improved over the last couple of days as the ISP was tweaking the server and fixing some errors, etc. changing these forms only affects the 2 pages where they are present, not the forum.
