Hi all,

Just wanted to put up a thread about the PCA gathering on Father's Day at the Litchfield Inn in CT. This year rather than just driving over to see the cars, I decided to support the event and enter mine as well. Actually, last count I heard there should be 75 to 100 P cars with 5+ Caymans ... all were 2006 S's last I checked.

Looking forward to seeing whoever might be there. Even if you didn't sign up in advance, if you're looking for a nice day out come on up and see the lineup. Starts around 10.00 and goes until 14.00 or so.

We had a great time. I met several caymanclub.net members.

I will figure out how to post a picts. It will be difficult to decide which cars to post. I took pictures of all 80+++ cars. We enjoyed polished 356s, turbos, GT3s, 928, 944, 993, 340s, boxsters and many many more models. I am still excited from the experience. Stay tuned for photos on Monday evening.

It was great meeting other Cayman S owners at the Father's Day event at the Litchfield Inn. As I mentioned to some of you, it would be nice to meet up as a group during the year for tours, lunch, etc. I would arrange our first gathering on a mutually convenient date.

A get together would be a blast...Westerly, RI here.

OK everyone, loaded up some photos from the CVR Concours event in my personal gallery under the Father's Day folder. Have a look because there are more than just Cayman shots (including some nice classics). I linked the Cayman lineup here in the message though for easy viewing.

You'd be proud K-Man S ... unlike the 2006 event where only Jerry's car was registered, this year we fielded 5 cars (all 2006 Cayman S) and had enough to create a Cayman judging class of our very own. No co-mingling in with those other Porsche kinds ... ha! Anyway, Jerry had his classic on view or we would have made 6 all told. It was great meeting some folks at the event, and I look forward to a future group day out driving.
