It was an incredible experience last year. I estimated >100+ porsches on display. All cars stretch out on the lawn of a beautiful hotel in Litchfield CT. Every model was in attendance. You vote for your favorite.

Don't miss it this year. Not too far for NY area folks. Registration ends 6/5.

I contacted the Concours sponsor (he's a Cayman owner too!) and was told that we're all welcome to attend the event with no charge. If you do want to enter your car in the concours or eat, please register by this Thursday, 6/5. The fee will be $35.

Right now I'm a tentative go for attending this event. I'm basically working every Saturday this month and need something to look forward to!

If there are more members interested in going, we can brainstorm a possible meeting point so that we can roll in as a group.

Anyone interested in attending? I've been told there is a large Outback Steakhouse parking lot on the road leading to the park.

This would be an ideal spot to gather the Caymans/Boxsters/ misc. Porsches for a mini-meet before rolling into the event.

The hotel is located right off the Merrick Parkway, a nice twisty road. What other excuse do to you need to exercise your Caymans on a Sunday morning?

Plan on attending this also as last year had a great display of 356's. This year the event will have some classic race cars.

A mini-meet sounds good to me.

How does a little pre-event Cayman meet at the Outback Steakhouse parking lot sound? It'll be nice to meet all the Cayman owners in one spot rather than trying to find each other once we get into the Concours.

Since I'm not familiar with the area, here are the directions as per Magnetic K.

Outback Steakhouse parking lot on Route 7, located just 2 minutes from Cranbury Park. (take Merritt Pkwy North[exit 39B] to route 7 north, Outback is about 2 or 3 traffic lights, on right side).

Since Magnetic K came up with the location, he'll get the honor of leading the caravan into the Concours (and paying our entrance fees, )
