Watkins Glen DE: June 21-22

Anyone else going? I'll be there in my CS. Last time I drove the track was in the 70's with my 356C- shouldn't have to downshift to climb the esses this time.

The Glen is one of my favorite places- I used to go to the F1 races when they were held there- Stewart, Lauda, etc., and to the Six Hours during the summer. A classic track.

Check out the Roster:

Some guy named "Villeneuve" in a 935......

No that "Villeneuve" that you are wondering. He showed up in UCR DE in May and we were wondering too.
I've been told he is the Nascar guy.

well I sent a nice email, letter, provided my driving resume and asked if they could fit me in only to get a very short response that said no, but you can register for next year's event on April 15th.... a bit disappointing and wish I could've been given the opportunity to wait list etc... so for those going, hopefully I'll meet you at the next event.

David.
