Discounts in Zone 1?
Anyone getting a decent discount in this region?

My dealer was pretty adamant about holding the line on discounting ordered cars. I didn't really shop around as I want to establish a relationship with a dealer close to my office, but wanted to get a feel for the market before I sign the final papers and pay up.

Being the first Cayman S off their lot, I certainly didn't get a discount. Have you tried the dealers in Danbury, Fairfield, or in White Plains? As an aside, I got to know the service manager at your current dealer (and mine) of choice over a decade ago when he worked on F cars. He is very knowledgeable and a great guy. Good luck.

I negotiated 4k off sticker, dealer made about 4k, but that wastheir showroom vehicle. Not sure what they would do on an order. Porsche Huntington, New York.

I got $3K off at Inskip in RI. It was on the showroom floor. I wasn't going to beat the **** out of them. The car is awesome and worth every penny.
