I was thinking aranging a meet for everyone living in the Northern NJ, NY State, CT, NYC Area? Anyone interested in getting something going in October before the winter hits? Maybe a nice BBQ or something along the Hudson River?
IF the dates is right, I might be interseted. CVRPCA is putting on an autocross school in October in Eastern Ct. Might be a bit far to drive for you NYC guys.
The 6speedonline guys are also trying to get a fall run together. I think they meet every Sunday AM in Edgewater, but the last two Sundays have been rained out.
The NYC Metro PCA will be holding their driving event at Lime Rock Park this Saturday, 9/9. Access into Lime Rock is normally allowed if you sign a waiver at the gate. There are several great viewing areas to watch the activity on the track. You can wander the paddock once you've introduced yourself to the PCA organizer. I'm sure you guys will have no problems.

I've participated in a few drives with the Audi guys and know ofsome roads in the Bear Mountain or Port Jervis area where your Caymans will definitely get a workout. I'll be more than happy to provide some ideas for routes once a starting point has been set.

Pete do you know if its okay to just show up at Lime Rock as long as you sign in? I'd like to just check it out and see how things work during a PCA event. I have signed up for a two day event with the local PCA group for November 10 and 11 at LR. Even LR is in my back yard, I've never driven it.
