OK if we meet at the Mobil station on the Hutch at exit 22 and then drive up to LRP from there it should be a pretty good drive. PCA club of Conn. is going to be there so we should have lots of Porsche people to talk to and the food at LRP is pretty good.
Please respond to this topic if you plan on attending.

Craig, you had mentioned that the event was sold out or booked up or something. Is there going to be anything for us to do at LRP if we don't already have a ticket or whatever? (Or am I confusing this with something else?)Thanks.
Right now I'm tempted to show up at the meeting point, say hi to everybody, and then head back home, since I have other stuff I can't get out of going on in the afternoon anyhow.
We will not be able to race on the track, however you would be able to get a ride in an instructors car if you wanted and we can talk to all the porsche people that will be there, on top of it being a nice ride to LRP if you go the back way.
We could change the meeting point and head up to Pocono for the Porscharama. NJPCA puts it on every year and they have venders and many people out there for the activities that include autocross and track. Let me know if you guys would prefer that. Same drive time of about 1.5 hours, except we are going in the NJ direction.
Back roads, good conversation, and riding with an instructor all sound terrific, but don't count my vote since it's unlikely I'll be able to make it. I hope there are going to be more of these soon.
I'll be there Fri and Sat. If you come Sat before noon, and the weather permits, there are open parade laps for anyone to drive at low speed around noon, but it is always subject to cancellation if the schedule gets behind.

I am new to these DE events. I will travel up from new haven county in my CS on Saturday to watch. What is the approximate start time for spectators and people who just want to mingle among fellow porsche folks. Should I go to the cvh website on PCA. Look forward to meeting everyone.
