Lowering Springs - Labor Pricing in So FL area

Anyone know of any shops in the So Fl area that would do a good job putting on some springs and how much the labor would be? I was thinking about doing it myself, but I don't really have the time. I guess if the prices are ridiculous, I will make the time though...

Thanks in advance!

8hrs? that sounds crazy....I'll do it myself then and just have a shop put the springs on the struts so i don't have to buy a spring compressor.

Awesome, thanks! Did you get springs or coilovers? And what brands?
