Just moved to Jax area. Last two years I have been visiting Hennessy Porsche in Atlanta frequently for various unscheduled services. Now that I am in a new area, I want to know about Brumos Porsche from people who have some experiences with the dealership. I noticed that Brumos is a "premier" dealer.

I bought my CS from Brumos in June 2006. Plan to buy a Cayenne from them later this summer. Service after sale has been extraordinary. Overall, my experience has been entirely positive.

Ditto here - bought my '08 987S a few months ago from them - Paul Goyette was/is great. Service prices are high from what I heard but then again I think all dealers are!

Got My Cayman S from Brumos last month, bought a Design Edition 1 from them 2 months earlier. Overall I'm happy with the dealership.

Quick Rundown:

Sales:
Tom Bungay, stand up guy. A real "car guy" and accomplished racer.

Parts:
Buddy Kennedy, ummm read posts below. Needs to work on customer service. I will not order any parts from him in the future.

Service:
Craig Landry, Service Advisor. Great guy, very helpful, pleasant to work with. Highly recommended.

Nate and Keith, Service technicians. Both very polite and very informative. Had no problem bringing me back and going over things in the service area. And best of all, had no problem saying, "I don't know, but I will find out". This is a huge plus to me I don't trust any one who says they know everything about everything (see posts below). No problem trusting them with my car.

Great dealership, easy to deal with, great service, no hassels.

And they certainly have a rich history with Porsches and racing.
